    Why can I not receive the support that I have paid for? stop wasting my time and find me a support engineer I can talk to in real time. Very very very disappointed in WordPress.

    my payment to word press.com is not reflected on my history. It is for the Business Plan word press was paid out of my checking account on 10/2/20024. Please help. I want a website my patience is at it last draw.

    I just checked your WordPress.com account, and I don’t see any purchases made here. Did you perhaps pay using a different WordPress.com account?

    Please follow this guide to get the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com and send it to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our team will be happy to help you log into the correct account in which you paid for the Business plan.
