‘connect me to a human’ only available for Paid plans????

    This is so weird lol. I couldn’t add my credit card for shipping new orders, and it prompted me to contact support and mention ‘Error HYMNCA’. Tried to contact support and the bot replied i have to be on paid plan to get answers. This is unacceptable to me.
