Connect my domain

    I have set up a basic WP account, but I cannot connect my domain name. The set up instructions don’t work because it wants me to buy a plan There is no ‘Start setup’ button. Please advise.

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to change the address on a free site, so you would need one of our upgrade plans in order to add a custom domain. I see you have the Premium plan in your cart currently, and a free domain included in your your plan. Once you complete your purchase it will take a few hours for the new domain to start working and then your site should appear at that address going forward.

    I’ve added a discount to your cart to save you a little extra as well. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
