  I want to connect my own domain without upgrading to Pro plan. How do I do that?

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  To use a domain you own somewhere else with your WordPress.com site, requires the Domain Connection upgrade included in our Pro plan.

  It’s not possible to use that upgrade on the free plan.
