Connect my wordpress.org post to wordpress.com

I’m trying to reconnect my contect from wordpress.org to wordpress.com. When I first started I can another login i used a different email address, I wanted to switch to using my business email. I did so, but in the process it deleted a very important page, and now my websites are not connected anymore. I connect with someone yesterday, and they sent me how to try to recover my page, also ways to make a new worpress.com page. I just need help and if you’d like I can send screenshots of my problem.
