Connect to Anchor

  I have an Anchor podcast. They are asking if I want to connect it to wordpress and of course I do, but I don’t want to follow their lead to create a wordpress – I already have one. So how do I connect my Anchor podcase with my wordpress? Thanks!

  Hello there,

  Happy to help you with this.

  You should be able to create a podcast on Anchor at any time, and easily convert all of your existing posts into podcast episodes on Anchor, go directly to Anchor’s WordPress.com account linking site here: https://anchor.fm/wordpressdotcom

  There would be no need to create an additional WordPress.com site.

  Hi there, I am facing a similar issue when I try to connect anchor to my WordPress website.

  Currently I am using a spearhead theme.

  [1]The podcasts block does not show the proper episode on the blog. When I try to add the url of my second anchor podcast episode to the podcast block, the podcast block only shows the first podcast episode.

  [2] The html block does not work for me. I have attempted to copy the embed link and entered into the html block but the podcast could not be played. I ended up having to link the Spotify podcast.

  [3] I am not sure what am I doing wrong. The blogs I created does not sync with anchor.
