    I have a serious breach. My word press has an unknown user name and my tech can no longer change my website. We think this is a huge compromise. What can I do now? Pls. advise before I opt in with a business plan.

    Also I didn’t know I was on a free plan for all these years of Word Press. Was my billing also breached?

    I guess you are logged in to the wrong account. What is the URL of your site over here on the wordpress.com platform?
