Connected my domain to Forthwall by accident; now my website isn’t visible.

I decided to connect my domain to my new merch website through forthwall. I don’t know what I was doing, but I know that it took ownership over the website, basically making my blog appear as if it were the forthwall page. This was a major mistake. I’ve since disconnected it, but now my site is no longer visible at all. I reset my WordPress after exporting my content, and unfortunately, I can’t find it either. I’m quite frustrated because I had a lot of content on there and I’m trying to relaunch soon. How do I get my website back online?
