Hello,
Jetpack support for WordPress.com is available from the free plan. You should be able to link your WordPress.com website with Jetpack using this connection page. https://wordpress.com/jetpack/connect
I hope this helps. Feel free to get back if you have questions.

Hi there,
Are you speaking of http://abuzzinbabe.com/? The Jetpack connection with that site appears fine from our end.
However, if you’re having trouble with the Jetpack plugin it’s best to contact Jetpack support directly, as we can only help with WordPress.com sites in this forum:

You should be able to link your WordPress.com website with Jetpack using this connection page.
The Jetpack plugin is to link self-hosted sites running the WordPress.org software to a WordPress.com username account. There is no way at all to “link your WordPress.com website with Jetpack” – all WordPress.com sites have Jetpack included by default and it cannot be disconnected or deactivated on a WordPress.com site.

My bad. Thanks for clarifying!
