Connecting an existing domain

    I have tried to follow your instructions to set http://www.winegroceriescom.blog as my primary website.

    I have tried to follow your instructions to move my content now at http://www.winegroceriescom.Wordpress.com to my primary website.

    It does not work. In following your instructions the “buttons” and the options are not there. I am intelligent but this does not work.

    Please help. I have emailed my ticket to you and nothing works

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    It appears your domain registration and the WordPress.com Starter plan are on two different sites. They need to be on the same site so that you can follow the instructions to update your primary address.

    Right now, here’s what your subscriptions look like:

    1. Site A: winegroceriescom.wordpress.com – It has the WordPress.com Starter plan.
    2. Site B: winegroceriescomblog.wordpress.com – It has the domain registration.
    3. Site C: winegroceries.wordpress.com – It’s a free site.

    Please let us know which of these three sites should have the domain and the WordPress.com Starter plan. Once you’ve confirmed, I’ll move all of them to that site and set your domain as the primary address.
