i am trying to connect my blog with filezilla but its showing error that could not connect to server please resolve it
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access for WordPress.com sites. All uploading is done via the Media Library.
What are you trying to use FTP access to do?

To upload the files (email visible only to moderators and staff) is my mail please contact me i need ur help in some issue i am novice .. kindly need ur assistance

I dont have premium blog how to upload and i want to upload exe file . Do i need cloud storage or can i directly upload tge files

Looking at your above site, I might suggest you review the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up here, along with these user guidelines, to make sure that your site content adheres to it.

EXE files are not permitted or mentioned in the list of accepted file types regardless of upgrade plan.
Again, I suggest you review the ToS and User Guidelines before you get too far along.

Yes, I would agree. It sounds like you are trying to use WordPress.com in a way that it is not meant to be used.
