  How do I connect a domain that I purchased elsewhere? it is http://www.highexpectasteion.com

  You can use domain mapping to connect the domain(purchased elsewhere) to your WordPress.COM site.

  You can follow this guide to map your domain:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  NOTE:
  You will need a paid WordPress.COM upgrade to be able to map your domain.
