I purchased a domain through you and just upgraded my plan so I could remove the wordpress.com and it isn’t showing up. It still says I need to upgrade my plan

The website that you shared here, “thethredhead7.wordpress.com,” does have the custom domain, but it also appears to be a different site that is still on the free plan. You may want the website named “thethredheadcom.wordpress.com” — as that appears to be the one you have with your paid plan.
Could you double-check your account to ensure you’re selecting the correct website? Try navigating to the All Sites option in the sidebar of your dashboard, which will take you to your Sites Management page: https://wordpress.com/sites
Once you locate and select the correct site, use this guide to Move Your Domain to the correct website (from thethredhead7.wordpress.com to thethredheadcom.wordpress.com); and then you’ll be able to Set Your Primary Address.
