connecting domain to wordpress

  I own my domain through godaddy, however I am having issues mapping my free wordpress site to my owned domain through godaddy. Can you please help ?

  Hi, sure thing. If you’d like to map the domain to a site on our server, you can use these steps:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  First, choose a paid plan here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Next choose to map the domain: https://wordpress.com/domains

  Then point your domain to these name servers:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com
