connecting instagram

I’ve looked online and followed all the steps to connect my instagram to the instagram widget. I saved and published it after I added the widget and before authorizing and have logged into my instagram in a separate tab on my computer. However, whenever I click to authorize my instagram, I get redirected to the customizing page but it never loads and then my instagram is never authorized.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Make sure you are logged into Instagram when doing the Instagram widget set up. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

Navigate to > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets

This particular widget needs to be authorized using the WP admin widget page rather than the customizer. If you go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets from the WP Admin dashboard and authorize the widget from there, you’ll have much better luck.
