Connecting Jetpack w/ this account

  Hi, I’ve been trying to connect Jetpack with my website, but I can’t get my wordpress site to connect with my wordpress account. I’ve tried selecting the button ‘create new account’ on the jetpack plugin, but it takes me back to the same error screen as when I select ‘Connect Jetpack.’

  I was hoping you could tell me if there is a way to connect my existing wordpress account with my existing website.
