Hi, @manju571,
Is this on the publicize authorization? https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#linkedin
or the Social Icons widget
https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/social-media-icons-widget/Let us know, and we are happy to assist. It helps to know where exactly you are in the process.

Howdy there,
We may still need you to verify where on your dashboard and site you are attempting to connect your LinkedIn account. If so if you can provide a screenshot of your browser when you get that message, that will help confirm as well.
However, assuming you’re using the Sharing section of your Dashboard or the Publicize section of Jetpack, looking up the error message it seems to be an issue on the LinkedIn side of the process where the email has not been validated for one reason or another.
I found this thread on their help forums:
Not any solid verified answers there but one solution was to go over to your profile at LinkedIn and try the following:
Change password (not sure this fixed it but I haven’t updated my password in over a year so it was worth a shot) Add new email address Verify new email address Make new email address primary Delete original email address Re-add original email address Re-verify original email address Assign original email address as primary
Seems like a potential glitch with your account on their end. Either way, let us know what you find and if possible can you provide a screenshot as requested before of the error as well as confirm the exact steps you’re taking? Though I have a feeling we wouldn’t be able to help here since it’s a conflict with your LinkedIN account and you likely will have to request help elsewhere if so.
Hope this helps out,
Richard
