Connecting Media Settings to WP-content

    Hi,

    I’m currently unable to upload any media to my self hosted WordPress blog. Each time I try I get an error message like this one…

    “Bright front window.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Any suggestions? Thanks so much for the help- I really REALLY appreciate it!
