Connecting mobile app to edit blogs etc

    I am trying to link my WordPress account to the Mobile app. I use this to edit and publish blogs on my website. In the last 36 hours, I have been getting a constant message saying: “could not connect. Required XML-RPC methods are missing on the server. Please contact your hosting provider to solve this problem.”

    I have contacted both Go Daddy who are the hosting providers and they say it is a WordPress problem. I can’t understand what’s happening as this was fine up until Thursday and all of a sudden it just stopped. I have tried troubleshooting disabling all plug-ins etc none of the troubleshooting has worked.

    Correct account: No

    The problme you are having is because your hosting provider blocks XML-RPC as stated in their own documentation … https://www.godaddy.com/en-uk/help/disable-xml-rpc-for-wordpress-27830
