Connecting my domain to a wordpress site

  Hi, I own a domain qrcards.com. This site is already running with different provider and I would like to keep it this way. What I need to do is to create a simple blog in WordPress and link it to the ‘blog/qrcards.com’. Is this possible and if so, how?
