Connecting my email with shopping cart

  I need help connecting my shopping cart with my email
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) when all orders are placed in the shopping cart. The TXT and MX settings are complete

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? I see no WordPress.com sites on the Business Plan and using ecommerce plugins in your account, so I think you’re using the open source WordPress.org software rather than WordPress.com. We do not provide support for that software, or specific plugins on that software, in the WordPress.com forums:
