Connecting my existing domain

Something happened with my billing and my domain became disconnected. I was paying $8 or $9/month and now I can’t find that plan. It shows on the upgrade page but when I press upgrade it shows $96 and I know I was paying monthly.

I don’t understand why I need a premium account just to forward my domain. But I also don’t want to pay $20 a month for a domain I’ve already purchased. Please help me figure this out.
