Hi there,
According to the records you gave me, everything is entered correctly. Can you please contact GoDaddy to make sure you’re logging in with the correct username and password? (You’ll need to log in with the details provided by GoDaddy for your GoDaddy email account.)
-
Yes the username and password are correct but I can not contact them as there is no online support only telephone number and automated replies from godady support.
Any other idea what can I do??? -
No I just spend more money talking to them on phone than staying on godaddy for the hosting thanks to their “helpful” support.
What there are asking in order my e-mail to continue working is giving them amount of £60 which I am not going to do that.
So can you give me another idea if I can have set up an e-mail from wordpress and how much is it going to cost me?? -
Hi there,
That’s a bummer! You can set up email forwarding for free with this guide: Email Forwarding
We also have guides for setting up full email service with a number of popular email hosts here: Add Email
