Connecting private email service

    Hi, I’m trying to connect our account to a private email service. information below of what they want me to connect. I think I’ve entered it all as instructed, could you take a look and check why it doesn’t work?

    Hi there,

    It looks like the SRV record isn’t right, as it’s missing some values, but the way it pasted here in the forum make it difficult to see exactly what is wrong. Is that how your email host gave it to you, or did they specify which value is for which field?

    If you can provide a link to their instructions (if it’s public) or else upload a screen shot to the site’s media library that might help.

    I also notice the mapping upgrade is owned by a different account. Can you please post here while logged in as that account to confirm any changes, as I can’t make any changes without the upgrade owner’s permission. Thanks.
