Connecting Royal Mail Click and Drop

    Hi, I have a new website selling and delivering products (in UK) and have successfully connected the Royal Mail Click and Drop dashboard. However, I am unable to pull through orders from my WooCommerce website. I have read through info to assign a shipping rate, weight and size to each product so that Royal Mail can pull it through. My developer doesn’t know how to help and Royal Mail are suggesting I ask Woo Commerce. I’m not technical but I have managed to assign a ‘Flat Shipping Rate’ to a product and add size and weight for that product but it still won’t come through into the Royal Mail Click and Drop. Can anyone advise please, I’m obviously missing something and I’d be so grateful to get this resolved. Thank you.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the Royal Mail plugin you’re using directly for help with this. If you downloaded this plugin from the WooCommerce.com website, you can reach their support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
