Connecting site to Godaddy hosting and purchased domain

I’m trying to migrate my site built on WordPress over to my GoDadd managed WordPress hosting, where I also purchased a domain (sarahwillwrite). They sent me the guide on how to migrate websites, but it’s not recognizing my credentials; the login doesn’t work and I don’t have the alternatives. What is going on here? Shouldn’t knowing the site and having the user name and password be enough? (It says it’s not recognized). Thanks so much. -Sarah Reida (Schauerte)
