Connecting Stumble Upon

  SU used to be connected and showed up with the other SM. Then one day it disappeared. I couldn’t figure out what went wrong. I recently changed to a new theme and SU is one of the many sm options, but the only ones that show up are the standard ones twitter, facebook, LI, etc. SU is not to be found. Since I use that a lot I want it to be there – how do I connect it? and why did it disappear because i didn’t do anything to make that happen.
