Connecting the two branches of my wordpress account so I can start properly

    Hello there, I set up a wordpress account today and perhaps had two google browsers open. I would like everything in one account and don’t know how to rectify this. Tried mapping one to the other but this did not work. Please advise. Sorry for the mess.

    Hi,

    You mean you have 2 WordPress sites now, right?

    Just delete one of them. You can go to Settings -> General ->Delete permanently.

    Thank you. I have paid for a web domain on one and a premium wordpress account for the year on the other so I need to merge them by mapping or transfer if that could be done.

    Hi there,

    So, you contacted us from the account that has the domain registration under it. Do you happen to have the username of the second WordPress.com account you created? It would also have a different email connected to it than the one connected to marslyng, so feel free to provide that email as well. We can then pull the account up and assist you further.

    If you are able to log into that second account, please do so and post in this thread. That will confirm ownership and we can help you make sure that both the domain upgrade and the Plan are under the same account.
