  Hello,

  I downloaded a theme and was curious as to how I connect it? Do I have to have premium to connect a theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here at WordPress.com, we can’t upload third party themes, no matter upgrade plan we have. All of the themes available to us can be found here:

  https://wordpress.com/themes

  You can upload themes to a self- hosted WordPress.org site. There are some other differences that you can read about here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
