connecting to database?

  I am getting an error message and I dont know why!

  this pops up when I try to view my site :

  Warning: require_once(/home/wp_kbb6bx/wanderlustseries.com/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/wp_kbb6bx/wanderlustseries.com/wp-load.php on line 29

  Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/wp_kbb6bx/wanderlustseries.com/wp-config.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in /home/wp_kbb6bx/wanderlustseries.com/wp-load.php on line 29

  I was directed by someone to a site telling me how to move from wordpress.com to wordpress.org as a start of how to solve this problem – but I dont know why. “but the database your wp-config.php file connects to has no database”. what does that mean? how do I fix that?

  I host with dream host, and this message started appearing last night when I (attempted to) link the host and domain (by entering ns1.dreamhost.com etc etc). Im new at this obviously, and clearly dont fully understand everything but any help would be appreciated.

  We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs like yours here. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Then I am already running into problems…

  When I am editing or logged on… it is through wordpress.com not wordpress.org. I haven’t done anything through wordpress.org so … Im confused.

  Am I correct in that if I am running through wordpress.com that it is all hosted through wordpress and that I dont need to be hosted through dreamhost?

  Please contact your web host and/or post to http://wordpress.org/support/ for support.
