  My instructor has a webpage and on a weekly basis, she is asking for me to upload a video to the webpage. The instructor suggested clicking on publish. Could you give me specific instructions as to how to do this?

  Just to clarify, are you in charge of the website and she’s asking you to upload a video onto a specific page on the site?

  To accomplish this, you can either upload and insert through adding it as a media item (only possible with a Premium or Business plan) or you can upload the video onto an external video hosting site like Youtube and add it through them.
