Connecting to facebook/instagram does not work

  I’m trying to connect my social media account to my profile via Jetpack. When I go to Jetpack in the sidebar, then to ‘Social’, then I click on ‘Connect an account’. I choose Facebook, but then I get the notification: No accounts/pages found. What does that mean?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
