Connecting to Facebook & Pinterest

  I just set up my blog to connect to Facebook but I made a mistake and told it to share with ‘only me’ instead of ‘public’ but I can’t figure out how to go back and change it. Also, I don’t see a way to share with Pinterest but when I look this up under the get help section it says Pinterest is available. Can anyone help?

  Hi,

  Please go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications, find WordPress in the apps list, and change its visibility settings to “Public”.

  You can connect your Pinterest account to WordPress on this page: https://wordpress.com/sharing.

  Let us know if it works.

  Thank you! I was able to change my Facebook setting. However, when I go to the sharing page it does not have Pinterest as an option.

  It seems like Pinterest doesn’t provide an API for third party services to pin automatically to your account, which is why it’s not available in Publicize, yet. If or when Pinterest provides such an API, the Publicize team will certainly consider adding it as an option.

  For now, you can add a Pinterest share button to your posts and use it.
