Connecting to my domain

Our site isn’t connecting to our domain. Our domain is rerritutors.com and it is connected to another WordPress profile that we may have created in the past. The account we are using currently has the username ovorerri. If there is a duplicate account we can provide details for it. The goal is to have one account and to publish the new rerritutors.wordpress.com site onto rerritutors.com as soon as possible. Please help us fix this problem so our site can become functional again.
