Connecting to wordpress.com

    I am trying to get my site connected to wordpress.com with a business plan but it is telling me I cannot upgrade a jetpack plan. unsure what I doing incorrectly

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    If you already have a site up and running, you don’t need a Business Plan on the wordpress.com platform. You also can’t connect an excisting site to a Business Plan.

    So either you have a site hosted elswehere and yopu don’t need a Business Plan over here, or you have your site hosted on the wordpress.com platform with a Business Plan.
