connecting with FaceBook

  When I follow the instructions on WordPress to link my blog to FB I get an error message saying try again later. Same message later. Is there something else I should be doing?

  I am also unclear about what the message “FB page accounts must have a corresponding profile at this time.” Does this mean I have to have a FB page with the name of my blog? I just want it to show up on my friends walls.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It means you have to have a Facebook profile page. But you can use Networked Blogs http://www.networkedblogs.com/ or RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.

  Hi Malaburt,

  Just so you know also and from my experience I have had to do the same thing when I linked my blogs to my FB page it sometimes will not accept the request. I’ve talked with quite a few people and told them the same thing and that is there’s is (or was) an issue between Fb and WordPress to allow our blogs to show up on there.

  Since then I have discontinued linking my WordPress to Facebook
