Connecting WooCommerce to Instagram Shop

I’m helping a client set up their instagram shop using the products they sell on their WordPress account but instagram continues to say that our products must be sold on the website connected to Instagram. I’ve tried everything and can’t figure out what Im doing wrong and why it won’t connect. Instagram customer service is basically non existent so Im hoping that you can help with the woo commerce/Wordpress side of things

If your client has WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or has a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site, you can open a ticket while logged into their account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if the site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums, which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce.
These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
