connecting woocommerce to wordpress

  Hi, I’m having trouble connecting my existing WooCommerce account to my WordPress account.
  It said my user name/email or password is incorrect. I have check and my username/password are all correct and able to login to my dashboard too.
  It require me to connect both account when I try to buy a Facebook for woocommerce.
