Hi there,
The issue you’re seeing is caused by an invalid SSL certificate. Meaning, the traffic between the web host (Bluehost) and the client (me or you) is encrypted, but can’t be verified by any third party.
If you were providing services such as e-commerce where people were inputting their credit card information, this is very important to have fixed. If you’re not, it’s an annoyance but not critical to security.
What I would suggest is, since your web hosting provider is Bluehost, you’re going to need to get an SSL certificate from them installed.
Here is a guide they offer on how to activate a free SSL certificate for WordPress.

If you have any further questions, I would suggest contacting Bluehost, as they’re the best ones to fix the issue.

I hope that helps :)
Cheers,
