Connection lost and slow uploads of media

  I cannot upload media it takes hours and i keep getting a message connection lost. While My other webpages open like faebook works perfectly. do you have a problem ?

  Hi Elmarie,

  I see that you were able to upload 3 image files and an audio file today. Are you still having issues with this?

  I was just able to upload multiple video files for a support doc I was working on, so I believe it may be an issue with your internet connection or computer.

  Can you try checking with your ISP to see if you are having any connection issues?

  Also, as a test try uploading at a different location – like a library or cafe. Let me know if it’s still the case, and I’d be happy to take a further look.

  Thank you problem resolved. It was a problem on wordpress side, but it is all good now.
