Connection Not Secure

I content post or preview content. I keep receiving an error message that my connection is not private. I have not changed any settings, so I am not sure why I am getting this message now. Please help.

We are sorry that you are having trouble with your SSL certificate. In general, here on WordPress.com, you don’t need to worry about “Connection is not private/secure” as they will be set up automatically.
You can still check if your SSL certificate is active. Go to Upgrades->Domains in your WordPress.com account.

I appreciate it. I am not sure what happened. This is the second issue I’ve had with my site in the last few months or so, and I’ve had this site since 2008 with no issues at all.
