connection old blog to my new blog

  Hi there,

  I transferred all the content from an old blog (on wordpress) to a new blog.
  Now I want my old blog to point to my new blog.

  Some people shared some of our articles (from the old blog) on their facebook page. I want to make sure that people who have the old address: http://seattlewatch2012.wordpress.com/ will be redirected to our new blog (http://musesseattle.wordpress.com/ )

  How can I do that?
  I couldn’t find the answer on the forum
