Connection Timeout when posting

  I have wordpress 2.9.2 installed and everytime I post I get a connection timeout error. It is odd because when I go back and look the post is there but it just never reloads the page. I have made changes to my php.ini as suggested in some posts with no joy –
  max_execution_time = 60 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
  max_input_time = 60 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
  memory_limit = 200M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume
  file_uploads = On
  upload_max_filesize = 20M

  Any ideas?
