connection with the database

my blog issn’t in connection anymore with the database, so now if i put in my url, i get a error 500 and no blog. i’ve tryed all way to get it back to work but everything i do doen’t work.
can somebody reconnect my blog to the database

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
