Connections and mysterious changes

I am trying to build my blog, web-site. I followed an online article and chose Word-press and host gator. I followed directions. I then posted for a couple weeks..maybe 10 of 14 posts. No problems..linked to FB and google+ etc. Since then everything is haywire, i get no word press views and the site says fb and google + are not configured properly??…..I never changed a thing, it worked for 2 weeks. Most of my views and the small a amount of subscribers are on WordPress..which suddenly gets 0 views. What is going on? Why is everything not linked when I read and follow directions?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

My actual question was…why did it change itself?
I download pics and write words and push publish. Everything worked, the connections to FB etc worked and the followers knew when I posted. Then, weeks and many posts later, Bam..problems. NO changes by me..cause I don’t know how!How did these items change themselves?I clicked the link button from my account at WP not HostGator to state any of this..how could I be in the wrong spot?? I’m following directions.

That site is not on our wordpress.COM servers. It is a wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, hosted by Hostgator.
