connexion et erreur d’e.mail
-
Hello,
On April 30, 2024 I created a WordPress.com account.
I chose the STARTER paid plan.
I paid by credit card on 04/30/24.
I started creating my site which is already online.
When creating my account, I think I made a mistake in the email address because I did not receive a confirmation or account activation email.
However, I didn’t realize it right away and I logged out.
Today I can no longer connect.
Could you help me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance !
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch! We’re unable to address account recovery issues through the free support forums. However, if you have transaction IDs associated with charges on this account, you can utilize the Account Recovery form to verify ownership of the site. WordPress.com support will then be able to assist you further. You can access the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please provide as much information as possible, including an email address where Support can reach you. The transaction ID typically appears on your bank statement as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code (e.g., WordPress XXXXXXXXXX).
If you only have a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to obtain the full ID required.
I hope this explanation clarifies things for you! Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thank you for your reply.
I don’t have a transaction ID because I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
On my bank statement I have a wordpress code of 15 characters of numbers and letters. The form does not recognize this code.
I am waiting for a response from my bank.
thanks again

To resolve this, please send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com, explain the situation and include the transaction ID you have. We’ll do our best to assist you further from there. Thank you!
