Consider Reactivation of Deleted URLs under Limited Conditions

  We see a lot of threads on the Support board about ‘accidental’ or unintended deletions.

  Perhaps a policy change to allow reactivation within a set time period; 48 hours maybe?

  This would only be possible to the original owner upon verification of identity, much like the account recovery process.

  I believe, though it’s not advertised anywhere, that in cases when new bloggers mistakenly delete a blog and 24 hours has not expired, Staff discretion is exercised.
