  Hi there!

  It appears you already canceled your subscriptions, and a partial refund has already been issued. We kept $12 for the domain transfer since the domain is still in the process of being transferred to us. It can’t be canceled from our end.

  If you want to stop the transfer, please decline the transfer from the current registrar’s end or contact them for help. It can only be canceled from the current registrar’s side.

  Your domain appears to be registered with Domain.com. That’s the current registrar, and the domain transfer must be canceled from their end. Please contact them as soon as possible. Once the transfer goes through, it won’t be possible to cancel it anymore.
