Considering a Plan

    I’ve enjoyed created a site with WordPress that serves as a travel log for a community of friends. Mine is not a commercial endeavor, just sharing info and pics. Do I need to purchase a plan to prevent ads from popping up? Also, I would like to add a video by uploading to this site rather than use an embedded link since these also come with ads and suggested content. Any direction would be very much appreciated.

    Ads can be removed with any upgraded plan from Blogger upwards. To host your own videos would require the Premium plan.
