Considering moving Weebly site over to WordPress.com hosted site.

I would like to talk to a human as the non-profit organization I volunteer with is trying to decide if WordPress.com is the best solution for us as we leave Weebly. I can’t tell which tier of support we would need.
Here’s the list of things we currently use in Weebly:
- Site Administration
- About 10 contributors need to be able to login
- Ability to export site.
- Site
- Store/host files and images
- Password protected area for members only
- Scrolling banner
- A few forms
- Display Corsizio iframe for courses
- Display Google Calendar and Google Map iframes
